Term and Conditions

Photo Rights

Customer affirms that they either own the photo provided or have full rights and permissions to have it used for the services requested in this order for custom artwork and will protect and hold Vendor harmless including paying legal costs for that protection. Vendor assumes no liability for copyright infringement claims resulting from customer-supplied materials.

Use of Artwork

End product artwork produced by PortraitMemories.net is for one time use only unless commercial licensing is arranged separately. Vendor retains the right to display the finished artwork (and derivative digital versions) for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Revisions

Basic color or detail adjustments may be requested before final delivery. One round of revision is included. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of artwork, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the vendor cannot fulfill the order. Minor artistic interpretation is inherent and not grounds for refund.

Timeline

Typical turnaround 5-7 days from receipt of photo and full payment. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

Delivery

Art will be shipped to the shipping address provided. Shipping delays are not the responsibility of the vendor once the item is in carrier possession.
